If you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, telephone number and message. We use these to answer enquiries and discuss equipment or services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Information needed for legal obligations is processed on that basis.

Cookies and optional video

Essential technologies support security, forms and remembering your cookie choice. YouTube video is optional and is blocked until you consent. Once enabled, Google/YouTube receives information about your device and viewing and may use cookies for its own purposes. Read Google’s privacy policy. You can withdraw optional consent using Cookie settings. We have not enabled analytics or advertising trackers. See our Cookie policy.

Who can receive information?

The website is built and hosted by Blundell Consulting, uses WordPress and its form software, and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. We do not sell your personal information. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

International processing

Cloudflare and Google/YouTube operate internationally, so use of their services may involve processing outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain their processing and transfer arrangements: Cloudflare and Google. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your enquiry data.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, maintain any resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the enquiry, contractual requirements and potential legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to operational security needs. Cookie-choice storage is described in our Cookie policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
